I can't believe I have been lucky enough to get to go on the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Partnership to Tiquipaya, Bolivia for a second time!!! This will be a chronicle of my journey. Usually I keep a diary that I try to write in on a daily basis for these extended trips abroad . This will be my first attempt at a blog. My intention is to try and capture some of the experiences I will be having and pass it along to my wonderful Family (Sharon and Ethan).
